This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) informs you (the “Event Attendee”) of your rights to receive a refund for tickets purchased on the tixdorm platform via our website or mobile application (the “Platform”).
By purchasing a ticket on tixdorm, you agree that you have read this Policy carefully to understand your rights as set out below.
You agree as follows:
- that tixdorm is a self-serve platform that lets event organizers (“Event Organisers”) sell tickets directly to their intended audience;
- that tixdorm provides tooling for discovery, checkout, and ticket delivery, but is not directly involved in the organisation or quality of events. Organisers are responsible for their events and for any enquiries you may have;
- that refunds are governed primarily by the organiser’s policy for the specific event, including any stated refund windows or restrictions;
- that if an event is cancelled or materially changed, organisers should provide a clear option (refund and/or reschedule), and tixdorm may assist where necessary;
- that tixdorm may charge payment processing or platform fees, and depending on the payment method used, some fees may not be refundable.
