Ticket Services Agreement

Last Updated: 28 April, 2026

Scope

This Ticket Services Agreement explains how tixdorm provides ticketing services to event organisers, including ticket creation, checkout, delivery, and basic fraud and safety tooling. It also describes how attendees receive and use tickets.

Services we provide

  • Event listing and discovery features.
  • Ticket configuration (ticket tiers, capacity, pricing, and sales windows).
  • Checkout flow and payment processing via supported providers.
  • Ticket delivery (digital ticket and purchase confirmation).
  • Basic reporting, support workflows, and safety tools.

Organiser obligations

  • You must provide accurate event information, including date/time, venue, and entry requirements.
  • You must honour valid tickets and provide the event as described, subject to reasonable changes communicated clearly and in advance.
  • You are responsible for obtaining licences, permits, insurance, and any required approvals.
  • You must have and publish an event-specific refund and cancellation policy.

Fees and payouts

tixdorm may charge platform fees and payment processing fees. Fees are shown in your organiser dashboard and/or at checkout. Payout timelines can vary based on payment method, risk review, refunds, disputes, and event timing.

Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

Refunds are primarily governed by the organiser’s policy and applicable law. Where a chargeback or dispute occurs, we may request documentation from the organiser and may withhold or deduct amounts necessary to manage risk or comply with payment network rules.

Ticket delivery and entry

Attendees typically receive tickets digitally. Organisers may require additional checks for entry (for example, name matching, ID checks, or scanning a QR code). Organisers are responsible for entry operations and venue compliance.

Safety and enforcement

We may suspend ticket sales, delay payouts, or remove listings if we reasonably believe an event is fraudulent, unsafe, or violates our policies. We may also request verification information to protect attendees and the Platform.

Changes to services

We may improve or modify Platform features. If a change materially impacts ticketing services, we’ll take reasonable steps to communicate it.
