About this role

Tixdorm grows through trusted partners — student unions, venues, brands, media, and community leaders. You will source, qualify, and nurture partnerships that bring organizers and attendees onto the platform.

What you will do

Identify and outreach to partners aligned with Tixdorm’s mission and ICP
Run discovery calls and document partnership goals, timelines, and success metrics
Coordinate co-marketing, ambassador activations, and vendor introductions
Maintain a clean pipeline in spreadsheets or CRM and report weekly outcomes
Represent Tixdorm at partner meetings, campus activations, and industry events
Work with marketing on case studies and partner announcements when deals close

What we expect

Confident communicator — email, calls, and in-person presence
Self-starter who can research leads and follow up consistently
Organized tracking of conversations, next steps, and commitments
Genuine interest in events, youth culture, and emerging-market communities

Nice to have

Existing network in campuses, venues, or lifestyle brands
Experience in BD, partnerships, or community-led growth
