About this role

Video is how people feel Tixdorm before they use it. You will edit reels, explainers, testimonials, and event recaps that show the energy of live experiences and the clarity of our product.

What you will do

Edit reels, explainers, and event recap videos for social and marketing
Maintain consistent pacing, captions, sound, and brand feel
Organize project files, raw footage, and exports for the team
Collaborate with design and growth on campaign deadlines
Adapt assets for multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
Incorporate feedback quickly without losing narrative flow

What we expect

Portfolio with short-form and at least some long-form work
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut
Understanding of hooks, retention, and caption readability on mobile
Reliable turnaround on agreed timelines

Nice to have

Motion graphics or basic After Effects
Experience with event or lifestyle content
